How can I remove sebaceous filaments from my chin?

I know that we can't permanently remove them, but the issue is that they appear darker. Does anyone know of an effective method to lighten them?

You are talking about the mentalis muscle in the chin right? If so that could be caused by recession/weak chin support, Surgery (Genio if needed) or fillers can fix this
