how can i save my skin?

Hey, my skin currently looks like this... This is the result of years of acne (I'm almost free of acne, but now I have post-inflammatory erythema).
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this shit?

My current skincare routine looks like this:

Morning: Azelaic acid 10%, sunscreen
every other night: tretinoin 0.02, moisturizer

I would be very happy about some help, thanks!

the redness on your skin is still an effect from the acne. It's not gone. I had the same issue and it all went away in 6 months after hopping on accutane.
you can absolutely go to the gym while on accutane. They just recommend to not drink, but I did and my liver is still completely fine according to my blood test.

yes, it might just take longer.
the side effects are also heavily exaggerated. The only thing I had on 40mg was dryness of my lips and eyes. I just carried lip balm everywhere I went and my eyes kinda adjusted to the dryness after like a month.

yes, I started beginning last year and was finished by summer (6 months).
Never had acne after.

u will bro. Don't think about it too much, a lot more people than you think have used accutane. You can still do everything you want, while on it.
No I haven't. It's also not too bad tbh after the redness faded. I just have some light scarring, that you can't even see properly. I am not bothered by it right now, but I might do laser scar removal if I ever get bothered by it.
