Iā€™m unable to reach my final debloated form due to lack of sleep. Iā€™m literally in bed at 8:40 and wake up at 5:40, yet I find myself falling asleep at midnight after hours of being in bed, and constantly waking up at random times throughout the night. Iā€™ve tried Valerian root, HI workouts, Melatonin, Mommy ASMR, even going to bed later. Itā€™s been weeks since Iā€™ve gotten 5+ hours of sleep apart from weekends. Any suggestions? Is it over? Itā€™s getting bad. Neither reality nor time feel real vro šŸ™

Magnesium you shouldnt supply melotonin is dangerous
 
one of the things that works for me is sleeping around the same the time and also waking up. i sleep at 7-8 and wake up at 2-3. Also heavy lifting or cardio to get exhausted, and not phone before bed.

Iā€™ve alr do the workout and phone thing. But imma try to put my phone away even earlier to see if it works. Thx bro šŸ’Ŗ

you're like me
keep taking melatonin but you don't need that much
you need to do more physical activity during the day ofc
take glycine its one of the few supplements that aren't cope for sleeping, make you dream
don't listen to anything to go to sleep

if you can't fall asleep there's no point in laying in bed
if I take adderal during the day ill fall asleep correctly

important thing is though you can't think of yourself as someone who is a bad sleeper
