I’m unable to reach my final debloated form due to lack of sleep. I’m literally in bed at 8:40 and wake up at 5:40, yet I find myself falling asleep at midnight after hours of being in bed, and constantly waking up at random times throughout the night. I’ve tried Valerian root, HI workouts, Melatonin, Mommy ASMR, even going to bed later. It’s been weeks since I’ve gotten 5+ hours of sleep apart from weekends. Any suggestions? Is it over? It’s getting bad. Neither reality nor time feel real vro
