I am 13.7y im asian current height is 5,31/2 , 161.5cm. I want to know how can i look better and get taller naturally
No pics of my face tho i just want the information

get quadruple LL in equatorial guinea (up to 2m), then a bbl in tuvalu (assmog). consider getting a bimax in lesotho for max appeal too (o'pry is known to have done this). lastly, purchase hgh at a child slave market in the congo, theyre usually close to cobalt mines, it's harvested from the pituitary glands of the deceased or retarded ones

clean diet no sugar gym with correct technique max test minimize estrogen then wait until you are 16 and pin cjc 1295 no dac + ipa

Dont listen to these nigger talk about no sugar and gym should be around 2-3x per week not the most optimal but its very good at wont give you to much stress and since youre 13ish your puberty hormones havent fully kicked in. Eat things with much sugar 2-3 times per week and take berberine and chromium. Berberine and chromium will keep your insulin sensitivity up and reduce the risk of insulin resistance. If you eat lot of sugar 2-3 times per week not 2-3 days in a row then you will get lots of igf-1 to help with height and skeletal hypertrophy.

you should avoid artificial sugar during whole puberty only fructose haha
 
Yeah ofc thats why i didnt say anything when you mentioned a healty diet. If he wants candy let him have it. Just be careful not taking in to much.

I didn't go to the gym but i swim butterfly 2 times a week and do push up pull up squat calves raises 2-3 times a week is that good cuz my dad didn't let me go to the gym
 
Thats not bad tbh, it will help you a little but not the most optimal for igf-1 and testosterone. Try to convince your dad to let you go to the gym and maybe encourage him to come with you to increase the likelihood of you being allowed to go to the gym
