How can I sprint in peace?

so I’m just having a good time sprinting around my community. But suddenly, this stupid side stitch keeps me from running as long as I can. I been sprinting for a few weeks now yet I still have it and I can’t go for more than 3 sets of 30 seconds. I been fixing my diet and shit but it still happens. Secondly, I keep running into normies even though I wanna keep away from human interaction when sprinting. There are also cars that drive around and I feel embarrassed to sprint cuz they prolly think I’m running away from something and no one sprints these days they just run instead like the nt normies they are. They don’t care about the test and hgh benefits cuz their so nt. I also have to be weary of any coyotes since I sprint in between the wilderness and the community


All I want is to sprint in a place that’s free of humans and animals, and I wanna erase my side stitches outta my life. Tell me how?

sprinting mentioned, opinion respected

I started sprinting on this road on the hillside of my village, back in summer and never stopped doing it 3x a week. here's a tip, if you can't find a secluded road with few people and no canines, do it very late at night on the main road, i sprinted uphill on asphalt 120m at 11:40 for weeks.

Go sprint somewhere in the forest if theres one near you, I have one basically 50 meters away from me and nobody cares because there's never anyone there
