actually it's more about having a healthy balanced hormone profile, so having high T without the rest of the hormones in check is useless

Just live - socialize a lot, meet new people, talk and hang out with them, go to parties, events, trips, etc... When you have a very rich social life, you will care less about what some people think, if some of them insulted you or did something bad - you will focus more on your friends and the things you do...
If you are lonely however, every little thing can ruin your day: someone gives you a certain look, acts annoyed when you talk to him, or simply ignores you - you will only think all day only to that little event.

You can't. We always care about the opinion of others.

You can still make your own decisions without needing the approval of others, but you will never stop caring. The best possible way to make the best out of it is to hang out with people who like and respect you.
