How can I stop feeling lonely

I feel how it affects me mentally daily. I know that in comparison to others I am pretty good but I have always been social and now that I don't have pretty much anybody I am going insane.

So my friends lowkey ditch me, they are staying mostly online and now I dont have anyone else. I was supposed to go out with some colleagues but that plan fell today.

My plan is to work myself so I dont have the time to feel lonely but I dont think it will be ok. What other solutions do you guys have?

Btw I have a gym "friend" but he ain't much of a friend we just go to the gym sometimes together and talk for 20 min. (cant do shit with him cause he is an npc normie)

the secret is always giving yourself objectives and focusing on yourself. if you don't have yourself no friend can help you.

Just become friends with yourself. I have several people with different voices and personalities in my mind. I talk to them when I feel alone and they always talk to me back. Just be friends with them and they will treat you nice.
