How can i stop waking up at midnight and sleep longer

I have this problem with my sleep that i wake up at midnight even tho i havent drank tons of water or little, i try to sleep between 11pm and i usually wake up between 6am or 7am if im lucky i get to 8am, even supplementing magnesium glycinate 350mg and other day 0.4mg melatonin i still not getting a good quality sleep, i do all the things they say incluiding cold room, dark room, no outside noises, literally the perfect plan but i just cant! how can i sleep focking longer!

Lift or just exercise. Makes you more tired and gives better sleep. Also what is 0.4mg melatonin gonna do

Can't help you since I've woken up once or more during almost every sleep since I was 16, and I'm in my 20s now

I do lift heavy weights, i feel sleepy, use my cellphone a little before bed too, sometimes i goon to get more sleepier, and ik 0.4 is low dosage but yet is a try.

Use to sleep very well between my early tenage years, im 16 now and getting bit turbulent
 
I do lift heavy weights, i feel sleepy, use my cellphone a little before bed too, sometimes i goon to get more sleepier, and ik 0.4 is low dosage but yet is a try.
As a nurse stop using your phone before going to sleep

Brutal, you might be doomed to long term sleep issues like me because that's the EXACT age it started for me.

Hope it gets better for you and is just due to unrest from school or whatever you have going on. Might end up similar to my situation long term, but for your sake I hope not

Woah thats actually a great advice, my dad works alot and sleeps like a baby daily 10h sleep atleast.

do excercise or cardio in the morning, no naps, do not rest for long and no phone 1 hour before bed coming from a guy who sleeps 10 hours everyday

I usually wake up halfway through my sleep and drink at least half a litre of milk before going back to sleep i dont think there is anything wrong with slight broken sleep as long as your getting your hours try exercise more throughout the day

blue light before bed usually kills some of ur sleep. Try to limit atleast 30 minutes before bed.

go to bed earlier, exercise every day, and try not to use your phone before bed.
