As the title said I have a slight deviated septum, my nose happens to be one of my biggest failos so it'd be really helpful if I could get it done for free on the NHS/insurance.
What sort of things will I have to fake in order for them to give me the results I want as I'm hoping for a size reduction but it's possible they'll only fix my septum.
