How can i tell if am still growing or not

Am 17 years old and 4 months exactly and still at 176 cm (~5'9) tall and i really wanna know if am still growing or can i get taller, and if there is any tips or something can help lmk

there's some test that lets you determine your stage of puberty I forgot what it's called google it
if you are over 4 you are most likely done growing
But yeah just get a wrist xray

They are almost completely fused. I wouldn't count on a couple cm. If you are really short blast hella AI and HGH and pray to Gandy and if you aren't then just leave it be

I mean there is yeah. Just don't count on it. It's like VERY close to fusion. If you took an xray a month or 2 ago they might be fused by now if you weren't blasting ais

I heard like wrist closes first then spinal and the other things so maybe I got a chance?

spinal usually closes after the wrist but still wouldn't put too much hope on it. GL tho, just keep your health in check
