When I was younger and had a fat distribution somewhat similar to the one I have now, my cheeks looked full and fat, like they do now. But, when I was leaner a couple years after that (4th photo), my cheeks seemed to get a bit skinnier. I'm wondering if the same thing should happen if I were to get skinny and lean again, or if it looks like I'll be eternally fucked with huge cheek muscles regardless of how lean my physique gets.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing with my cheeks. It's more a combination of factors, e.g. mild recession + facial bloat (shit sodium-potassium ratio) + shitty bodyfat %. You have to always mew (improve tongue posture, sleep with your mouth closed in mew possition, correct swallowing) this isnt cope, consume more potassium and less sodium and get rid of excess body fat

Would my Jaw get significantly worse if I don't mew? I also breathe through my nose if that means anything.

I would say yes. I consider that the important thing about proper oral posture is to give support to the maxilla. If your maxilla is recessed that negatively impacts the appearance of the jaw. You can breathe through your nose, but this does not mean that you have good oral posture.

My maxilla is already recessed jfl.

yes, I can see it in the photos, at least it is not that serious. But that recession can get worse over time if you dont mew. Mewing isnt a miracle, it's just posture.
