Bro just go to work so you can get your surgeries earlier, 12 hours per day is nothing. Its not like you are gonna do anything productive at home anyways.

It's usually better to get overtime. One of the wagies at the factory I used to work at showed me the paychecks of some the weeks he worked 80 hours. He got more weekly than doctors while doing that. Tho it was evening and night work too.

Work 40 hours a week doing something boring or physically demanding, The other 40 hours work on mentally tough things.

You can't efficiently work hard for 80 hours on actually challenging things so I would just for half the week do repetitive things that make money think of this as a break from studying or doing difficult things. Study/learn skills then when you are burnt out go to an in person job. Retail sucks but its not mentally tiring its very boring so use it as a period to rest your brain think of the time at your job as a break.

I had a schedule at this warehouse where I worked 3 days a week each day for 12-14 hours so about a 40 hour work week then the other 4 days I spent studying or getting work done. I used the 3 days of mind numbing activity as sort of a break. Working a job where you stack boxes all day really resets your dopamine. I would feel refreshed when the work week ended.

I think thats the only realistic way to work 80 hours a week for longer then a month. You will only be able to work 80 hours a week if you do a split like this or if you are truly desperate for money and starving.

Depends on the job I think I wouldn't last a month working 80 hours at Amazon. But some jobs where you basically are doing little work for hours are fine. I still think its bad mentally and makes you less creative

1- Leave your house. If you dont have an office to go to, find a coworking space/cafe/library. I prefer library because different ppl show up everyday, so there is less chance a mfer will try to socialize with you. After all, you want to work 80h,not make friends.
2- keto diet and omad. Will be very hard to focus for long running on glucose with all the blood sugar fluctuations. You need to be on ketones for the mental energy stability. Also, do omad once you are in ketosis, you will feel amazing mental clarity and reduce the time with meal prep and eating.
