idk bro .i am lost .i have been depressed for the last 5 months and i deeply believe that i got mistreated in my childhood just cuz of my looks.And maybe i will regain some respect if i ascend one day

to try and get out of depression i have figured just trying to set yourself a goal for example: if u can only do 5 diamond pushups now try to aim for 10 diamond pushups in f.e 3 weeks (idk if its possible but yeah) this will get you something to think about instead of always being alone with ur thoughts which can be haunting. (this helps for me) you can also try to ascend your looks as long as u dont go full on bp

u can try and get back into it, it will drastically improve your mental health, trust me, frist just try to work out once every 2 weeks, then just slowly decrease the number of time between workouts, try to see the progress in ur body. Every mm counts
