I was just thinking this looking around in the gym (just got back). IDK how these ppl find motivation to keep going when they are either so fat or subhuman looking. Maybe we are all just mentally ill or have some personality disorder tbh.

i can respect if theyre actually trying to make a change im more talking about the people that are extremely overweight, dont do anything about it, continue to eat 5000 calories a day, dont work out
