How can someone increase lower third height?

If one's lower third is too short could one increase chin height without touching the philtrum with a chin implant, or would that not work?

As far as I am aware double jaw surgery is the only way, but could a chin implant also work?

I have no problem with growing philtrum, my question was could a chin implant work because it can't change thh philtrum height and could mess up harmony. Id much rather prefer to grow both.
But im not sure if thats possible withought DJS at my age.

Should work at any age in theory,

But it does get harder the older you get.
