No impaction is sth different onky if you have excess gum show + long philtrum

No you can't do a ccw Rotation with the quadrangular version of lefort 1, only with the normal version


I think dr eppley does both ccw lefort 1 and Infraorbital-Malar-Maxillary implant, id go to him if i wanted to do this in just 1 intervention

Thanks for the info man, i have a deepbite, not deformed but not a good occlusion for what i've read, will i get a chimp look from it? My jaw will follow the maxilla right? Or only bimax does that?

It's mostly a deficiency in the maxillary cavity, it's bone, i have hollowing on both sides of my nostrils though i don't have nasolabial folds, those folds are expression lines

According from what i've gathered, yeah pretty much
