How can you actually decrease your masseter hypertrophy without Botox or muscle reduction because it gives you a round - squareish look if you don’t have good insertions

i get tmj from chewing and after 4 months my chin became double chin no joke

this isn ot over hypertrophyed massater its just above avarage

And what did you do like right now I’m trying a liquid food diet like blending all my shit no chewing gum , it’s pretty gross but it’s ok

decrease your anabolic power (kcal deficit) it helps most for losing muscle

its easy to lose muscle if u are not training

I’m already in a cal deficit but I’m still eating high protein like 100-120 grams per day and should I do the liquid food diet and decrease my protein intake for the day ? and I’ll see results in like what 1-2 weeks first then 3-4 more

no u dont need go a protein deficit
Your muscle mass will be distributed throughout your body because you do not exercise your jaw.
You will see results within 2 months
You can try to make your chin smaller by working on other muscle groups and transferring your muscle growth energy there.
