I’m already in a cal deficit but I’m still eating high protein like 100-120 grams per day and should I do the liquid food diet and decrease my protein intake for the day ? and I’ll see results in like what 1-2 weeks first then 3-4 morejust time
decrease your anabolic power (kcal deficit) it helps most for losing muscle
its easy to lose muscle if u are not training
