My mouth is really small and gets pointed out alot and its a huge failo my mouth to nose ratio is fucked anyway to improve it??

Maybe if you get osteotomies, implants, fillers can make your skull "wider" so your skin can stretch more so your mouth can look wider

Thing is im not 18 yet so sugery so anything invasive is out of question at the moment

Also palate expansion but you'll need to widen it to like retard with 10+ teeth smile then use braces to fix your teeth only this with MSE, Sarpe or just get cammuriolasty
