How come a jb randomly felt my legs

She came up to me and started feeling my legs. Then she said theyre hairy and kept feeling them. Then she drew a bunch of animals on my legs. She didnt use permanent marker or something so it came off easily in the shower. She was some dark haired, skinny jb. How come she did this?
