How come I never see lean (10% - 15% bf) and muscular men with Gynecomastia?

The only exception to this that I see are men who are on gear. Every pic of gyno in men that I see on the internet is always someone who's skinny fat or overweight. I ask because I am overweight myself and have had mild gyno (grade 1) since I was 12 and want to know if it just goes away when you get lean enough.

theres a chance it wont so use tamoxifen
