They share border with the US empire so they will never be allowed to thrive and get rid of the violence until the US falls

The advantage of the US over all other big potential empires (USSR, China, Islamic Alliance) is that they are very, VERY far from everyother rival country shielded by the Atlantic Ocean. When Europe and Asia were suffering WW1 and WW2 and famines the US was way far. When Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan the threats were very minor, and all they suffered 9/11 which is nothing in comparison to any battle of any war. They just have to make sure always that Canada is their good proxy and that Mexico bites the dust constantly giving them cheap wageslaves and allowing them to pass all the drugs possible from Latin America to sell them to the rest of the world. If Mexico is good then drug trafficking would drastically lower and security would increase, and that is a nightmare for the US especially the political class.
