ICD + PFL = OCD every single time. Your IPD is usually your ICD + {~1/2 of your PFL}

Guess that's where you made the mistake. That's 1/2 of your PFL, like I said here:

Your IPD is usually your ICD + {~1/2 of your PFL}

It's impossible for ICD+PFL to equal your IPD, unless your pupils are on top of your lateral canthus
