Nigga it's just the fat around their bones making them look bigger but its juts fat especially noticeable with wrists and ankles
no, some fat guys have round faces because their face is covered in fat with no bones, others have more defined faces because of bones and fat placement

Wolfs law. Pressure on your bones over a long time will make your bones bigger. While your bones internally minimally flex, the molecules making them up shift slightly. Since they are bound with ionbonds wich are broken when they shift, a current is induced. This induced currents stimulates osteoblasts, the cells responsible for bone modelling. Stimulated osteo blasts will create new bonecells making bones bigger. This is the same concept that coulf hypothetically make bone smashing realistic. It is effectively used by alot of fighters in mma or MuayThai who kick hard things or pressure their shins and hands with wooden boards making their bones bigger and stronger.

then all fat people would have good bones and theyd also be taller

Why tf would they be taller? This effect increases bone thicknes mainly. Also it still has to do with hormones and genetics, but pressure on your bones make them grow, that is just a fact

The pressure direction isn't that relevant. Look up wolfs law and the piezo electric effect to know more. You don't need to break and micro fractiure bones for this like many people belive, although mivro fractures probably play a role in bone conditioning for fighters aswell, they do not occur during strength training, wich also improves your bone by putting pressure on the bones or while simply being a fatty. In the case of being fat, the stress on the bone is also a lateral one, as the bone is hollow and basically squished from top to bottom. Also every movement puts more pressure on the bone with more body weight.
