How common is incest between father and daughter?

When I was walking downstairs 6 months ago, I heard my 10 year old neighbour daughter crying and screaming "Please stop, I don't want anymore" out of her fathers office apartment.

My neighbours rent 2 apartments, 1 apartment for the family (40yr old parents and 2 daughters) and below that 1 smaller apartment for the dad's office. And she was screaming that shit out of her dad's office apartment. He works at a church so it's obvious that he is a weird one.

I dont give a fuck if something happened between them bc the daughter is screaming at me through the celling when I listen to loud music. But I was just wondering how common incest between father and daughter really is. What do you think? Is it maybe like 0,1% or higher like 5%? (I know my english is bad im not a native speaker)
