I personally just wash face with water or use a paraben and fragrance free hydrating cleanser, and use grass fed beef tallow/fat to moisturise. Finish it with tretinoin 2/3x a week.
IMO most of your skin (acne, colouring etc) stuff should come from what you do and don't eat
