  • Height: 6'2" (188 cm)
  • Weight: 82 kg (~18% BF)
Blood
  • Total Testosterone: ~430 ng/dL (range 170–800)
  • Free Testosterone: ~ 486 pmol/L (200–600)
  • SHBG: 11 nmol/L (range 15–50)
  • LH: 11 IU/L (ref <7)
  • FSH: 7 IU/L (2–8)
  • Estradiol (E2): ~50 pg/mL (ref <40)
  • Prolactin: 181 mIU/L

Should I hop on , if so what should i take. Not tryna become a norwoodcel btw

Take nothing. Take water if you are so desperate. Don’t hop on, more importantly take the white pill.

I doubt you’re 18% bodyfat, if you got a gut, lose it till flat stomach, should improve test. Add fatty meats, eggs, canned oysters to diet to improve test. if it doesn’t improve from that shit, you’ve got. problem. Ideally you want 700-800+ Test for gymcelling
 
just eat raw meat bro it will increase your testosterone more than blasting obv
