trap training is overrated, stop training them and focus on ur neck and forearms instead, the imbalance will gradually get better
 
maybe something wrong with your pelvic tilt

Simply do dumbbell shrugs with one arm only.

Already do. It actually got worse with time(already had the imbalance before I started trying traps)

poor genetics sadly, i guess you could do one armed shrugs but thats kinda retarded lol, doesnt hurt to try tho

Not genetics, I gained scoliosis from sitting like a retard in primary school
