I'm 6'2 so I imagine my metabolism is decently good. I'm thinking of cutting out all junk food and fizzy drinks, doing 30 mins of cardio every day on top of doing boxing training for 1hr 15mins 3 times a week and I occasionally skip break fast (not even as a weight loss thing just sometimes can't be bothered). Is this a good enough plan or is there something else I could do without acting anorexic?
