How could i improve my eye area?

any things i can do to improve eye area such as ways to get a better brow ridge, etc.. For the lashes i cant get ahold of Latisse because its banned in australia, anything else i can use? Planning on experimenting with contacts in the future.

Grow lashes out, idk how Asian eyes work but if there's a way to make your lashes actually visible then that

I think its the lighting, my room and the lighting evaporates my eyelashes, especially when its the morning smh. Anything you recommend that can actually have an impact on eyelash growth other than latisse?
