How could I make my left side more like my right side?

I know I'm not the best looking dude but when it comes to my face I dont actually mind my left side, especially the side but also the front, but when I take a picture the first thing I see is my right side and I can't really figure out what it is but for me the difference is huge, so what are the differences and how can I change that?
