he clearly had an overbite and a basically non existent ramus + chin which gave him a short face but now his lower jaw completely changed he must’ve had surgery / implants and if so what did he get. i genuinely think it’s one of the best hardmaxxing ascensions ever.

Clearly just puberty and fixing skin. My ramus got significantly longer from ages 13-16

puberty won’t fix an overbite tho. if anything they get worse overtime and end up looking more recessed

his facial bones werent developed on the first photos,when he was still 15-16

It doesn't appear his occlusion changed, his chin just got larger. Look at his lips, they're relatively the same.
