i only ever used to fap and waste time when i was lonely and had too much free time with nothing to focus on, talk to people, find a passion, start some projects (like art and shit or whatever, learning something or idk even like mindfully consuming media like watching movies or smth) if u stay home all day, have no one to talk to and u doom scroll all day with no motivation its obvious youre gonna beat ur shit especially if u cant contain yourself
