I want to know how gym changed your life based on personal experience.
Did it make you happier? Gave you more female attention?

By the way, I don't want answers from basement dwelling incels that have never visited a gym in their lives--I want based solely on your personal experience.

bloated my face so less attraction from girls

gym is only good if you put 3-4 years + into it whilst realising when you’re bulking you’re going to get less pussy, but then after those years are done then you should have + psl but at the same time college/university would be finished and you’re now getting old.

Better frame and less body fat. Gym is a great looksmax in conjunction with losing body fat as it will make you look less weak

Bear mode (90kg): more male gaze and respect but zero attention from girls apart from the fat ones.

Lean mode (72kg): a lot of iois from prime girls but some big guys seem to not treat me very seriously anymore

So first positive experience from gymmaxing were after like 8-9 months when I lean down to real 12-14% body fat but 64 kg. My male friends were making fun about me being so small. After bulking phase ~ 73 kg ( 12-14 month ) I got respect from male but even my girlfriend dropped me out ( I was around 20% body fat ). Now I'm 72 kg but leaneast out of my life ( 10-13% body fat ) and I got much better female attention and male respect.

swimming, climbing, mountain biking.

none of this shit is enjoyable if you're weak.
I wish there were more competitive sports for people that aren't in highschool anymore. And I don't play basketball. I like competing I was very good at football and other competitive sports years ago I mogged lots of people

gave me multiple eating disorders
inability to look at food as anything but calories and macros
hyper obsessed with my weight and bf%
became super anti social, spending many weekend nights in the gym
admired by other men, not women

probably plenty other negative things, but those are the first ones that came to mind

Gave me several psychological disorders such as body dysmorphia and increased aggression that comes from food cravings due to better insulin sensitivity and an obsession with proper diet so I get really frustrated whenever I'm unable to eat my usual food
Probably made me more confident but Im still afraid of talking to women either and KHHV at 18. Def works for male gaze so you'll probably have it easier getting more friends and yeah you will be more respected in any company obviously. That can also affect your relations with girls because if you have respect from other men and friends then girls will see you as a more valuable and preferable partner
Overall gymmaxing is a boost to SMV in different ways, both directly and indirectly, but for low motivation normies that does not worth it without sarms. For looksmax fanatics its most likely worth it

@androgenic What a way to go down, after clearing all bad posts you leave us with a truly fucking epic story on how the gym changes you. Back story to your life. Inspirations, and what you have gotten out it.

More discipline, more purpose. I now look at a meal and think "this is fuel to power my goals." Before, I would look at it as a source of minor pleasure, and overindulge when I was bored or frustrated. Also, being stronger feels better. It's hard to explain until you experience it.

The mindset matters a lot more than the difference in how you are treated.

The progressive overload approach, which you need to learn in the gym can be applied to other areas of life as well. It teaches patience and familiarizes you with delayed gratification

came in here to say all this lol
I think beyond the feeling of self satisfaction you get from your progress, its the biggest waste of time. I still gymcel because I like to be healthy, and having surplus muscle tissue is great for the body metabolically. I also like the endorphin rush which keeps me sane and gives me a reliable mood boost.

But looking back, I lost a lot to the gym. Definitely more than I gained.

Being in optimal physical condition helps in life. With females, with money, with mindset, with everything. That’s the reality.

But it’s easy for me to type that, takes 0 physical conditioning. And a scrawny sexless loser can just as easily type out the opposing opinion.

So go find out for yourselves

More respect from men (don't really care), ngl I look low trust so some people seem scared of me. Overall It's nice to look in the mirror and not look like a low t pos. Has done nothing for getting attention from foids, face is everything
