how did pneumo ascend ?

so i get told often that i look like pneumo before he ascended so i wanna know everything that he did to ascend so i can do the same thing and hopefully have same results. i obv know he did fat dissolvers and teeth withening but ion got no problem with white teeth mine are already pretty white and the orthodontist said mine are perfect except for 2 mm overbite but im fixing this rn. so does anyone knows what else he did or knows a thread that says what he did where u could link me ?

i hope puperty will do shit tho and to be fair im only 15 and 3/4 but i know my eyes are very bad if im not squinting but i also have very much facefat that i somehow dont loose even tho i had visible abs a month ago and still have slightly visible ones so i think its just babyfat. i know im prolly coping but u can hope. but what surgerys would u say i would need ?

my nose is just the angle heres a pic of my side i think my side profile is not that bad its deff better them my front but i know its still bad. what would u rate my side tho ?
