just cherry pick bad photos theory
lighting matters a lot, especially when it comes to the jaw, for example:

vs

when photos are taken in ideal lighting which is the best for showcasing lower third bone structure, finn has a very good jaw
plus he's a zygo mogger which accentuates his hollow cheeks

personally id give him 4.5psl, HTN but with extremely high niche appeal thanks to the juxtaposition and uniqueness of his features
he has a chad lower third but his eyes and nose are over tier
