For those of you who got a job at mcdonalds, genuinly how tf did you do it.

Heres how it goes:

1: I apply online
2: The bots give me an interview
3: They don't actually interview me when I show up, they give me like an availability sheet to fill out and "see"
4: They say they gonna call back but they dont
5: I try to call, but usually there number aint working.

it seems like I stand no chance against the 30 year old illegals working 14 hours a day

most of the hiring managers can barely speak english

It doesnt matter if IM ND because they ask so few questions that they cant even get a grasp if im ND or not.

Just turned 16 this month and every place I've applied for hasn't even gotten back to me. I talked to the manlet manager at the supermarket I go to and he just said he would call me. Never fucking did

Well when this is the no.1 problem for the economic libido of whites nowadays it doesn't leave much room for guessing. Especially in a shithole like NYC.

aka guys with work experience
just make something up, 9/10 they dont check
