How difficult would it be to get be for me to get a study visa in the US or uk

I'm from South Africa. I want to Wageslave to get enough money for surgery before I'm 25.

Reasons I can't Wageslave here:

- high unemployment

- shit wages compared to Europe which is where the best surgeons are, so it would takes years to have enough money or if have to be exceptional


If possible id like to migrate in 2 yrs.


My plan is to get a study visa in the US or UK. I went to school with some guys who got a visa in USA but I'm not gonna ask them.
