Your body isn't disgusting. Its not ideal for aesthetics but I have seen much worse. You look like a bear which isn't a bad thing.
On the upside you look big. On the downside your bodyfat percentage is far too high. What do you lift (bench, squat, deadlift)?
I would say cut down to a lower body fat percentage and get your gyno surgically removed.
Idk if this thread is bait or something, it's clearly a body after a dirty bulk, just start a cutting and shave the hair, by summer you should look like a greek god if you do the cutting phase correctly
Looks like you have slight gynocomastia but that could just be because you’re overweight. Usually that would put you down couple psl. Other than that, once you get shredded you’ll do great.
Start eating clean. It will take some disiplince but its worth it. I was always skinny until I started lifting but I used to eat a fuck tonne of sweets. After ruining my teeth I stopped eating them. I haven't touched them in years now.yeah losing fat is super hard for me but gaining muscle (and fat) is pretty easy
idk what my max lifts are anymore tbh. i used to go for strength but my body didn't change at all so a few months ago i changed to low weight/high volume sets so i bench 150lbs for 3 or 4 sets of 10 reps until failure, then go down to a lower weight and do 10 reps till failure, then repeat until i do about 10-15 sets for example. also i know its a cardinal sin but i don't train legs much and i don't do squats really. i train muay thai 2-3x weekly and do lots of cardio plus i'm fat so my legs get tons of exercise and since my midsection is my main problem area that's what i focus on the most
