How do Brow Ridge Implants Affect Eyebrow Position

I have high set eyebrows that I believe to partially caused by my weak brow ridge. I seen before and afters of brow ridge implants and have noticed some people end up with lower set brows. Although in some cases this doesn't happen.

How large is the correlation between eyebrow height and brow ridge development? If there isn't what surgeries help with lower eyebrows (other than Botox because I'm not getting monthly injections for the rest of my life)?
