You cant determine bf% through bmi, super jacked guys could have a bmi that suggests they are obese. Either get a scale that can track it or use a tape measure - look up instructions online. Your true bf% will probably only deviate .5 - 1%

kinda hard to do cause it usually doesnt take muscle into account. if you wanna be 10% but no muscle mass you'd have to be like 100lbs for example
