People from ethnic countries are not as reserved as say NW Europe, In-fact, they are not reserved at all, take my country for example, Egypt, It's very loud, like extremely extremely loud and open only halted by Islamic norms and culture. so when they travel to an European country, they are already very neurotypical, because that's how their culture is, but with more social openness in the West, so females are like chill with sex and stuff, and for America, the culture is already extremely loud and open, and it goes for everyone in America, whites,blacks,asians,latinos, etc, so yeah, uprising and culture has something to do with why they are so neurotypical and not afraid of rejection.
