By the way rosy cheeks will be visible on more lighter skin, i noticed that when you increase blood circulation by exercising and makeup will also be more visible, so get pale first

because you’d have to get different shades , dude just use logic reasoning, it wouldn’t be harmonious to use the wrong shade with the wrong skin tone, darker skin tones require darker shades of blush.
