How do i achive the squinting look with my eyes without squinting

My eye area is generally good but when i squint just a little it becomes 10x better how do i achive that look without squinting are there any exercises and i barley sleep i sleep like 4 hours a day and fall asleep at like 4 am and its been like that for a year now tell me if that makes any difference. And a side question how do i get the fat under my eyes like models

Theres a surgery called "eyelid love band surgery" but is really rare and mainly done in South Korea and has a lot of risks so I wouldnt recommend doint it, you can sorta get the aegyo sal look with make up which is the easiest way tbh

squinting looks retarded and unnatural in most cases unless its very subtle
