How do i actually get to htn?

I'm currently mtn, I have been ltn before. It's easy asf to get to mtn as long as you don't have any crazly fucked up features. As right now, I have terrible features. Especially my chin and nose. No matter how many protein I get or how many hours I sleep. My face is fucked up, my under eye support I the worst thing u have ever seen. I have panda eyes 24/7 no matter what I do, also i have this shit called smile lines. My potential is good, I can reach htn but idk how to. And I am asking how advice because I am tired of living like this
And please don't be a retard with stupid jokes as "save up for lefort 3." I am 14 nga not 20 and I want natural look

Idk about being htn part but yeah, I have a lot of small errors on my face. But my family is most bluepilled ppl u have seen so it doesn't matter who I want to see about looks, they'll say no

Yeah that's what ill do probably, I don't really know if I actually will do surgeries or anything like that. But tbh roids are way to dangerous especially for my age

Most of your problems would be solved with collagen supplementation, and as for your chin and nose, they’re not even that bad plus, it’s clear you’re still developing.
