Aight thanks, would you recommend any facial exercises like thumbpulling?
you don't need it. but, considering you're still young and developing, I would recommend mewing. and, no, it's not "cope", and the people saying that it is have no reason to prove that it is

you only need the basics:
- balanced diet (80 healthy/20 junk, processed food)
- adequate amount of exericse (4-5 days/week) with an adequate amount of rest days (1-2 days). also, cardio (sprinting or walking)

I would list more but I'm too lazy rn.

Chin tucks , you should consider doing thumb pulling 90 second per hour
