My current morning routine is
taking 2 595mg tablets of pottasium gluconate and a black coffee
My skincare routine is basically
Cerave hydrating moisturizer
The ordinary niacimide or whatever serum
And the cerave moisturizing cream
And i use minoxidil on my eye brows morning and night.
My night routine is the same except i dont use sunscreen obviously
If someone got a source for tret for europe help out

Do not skimp out on sunscreen. Your skin may look perfect now, but it won't 10 years from now if you let the sun damage your skin.

Use it 30 minutes before you go outside. Have some in your bag at school, so you can reapply later in the day. Do not let the age pill destroy you.

Also, don't bother with tret at your age, it will literally do nothing except make your skin ultra sensitive to the sun. It's for boomers not teenagers.

Go to the gym and buy other clothes, just plain black slim fit shit if u‘re not willing to invest time in fashion. Except for pants, straight fit ones mog.
Hardmaxxes I'd say jaw angle implants and something for ur eye area, like cantho. I don't believe in this htn-chadlite bullshit, u'll be a much better version of yourself and that's better than comparing yourself to unrealistic ideals.

you might as well start lean bulking now since the progress u make on the fasts will evaporate as soon as u start leanbulking but idk that's just my opinion
