im 15 rn, can somebody tell me all of my failos and how to fix them preferably without surgery but if its really needed then tell me which ones

Ik my maxilla and jawline is shit but im pretty sure my coloring is also ass too I may have to tanmaxx and probably my eye area too but if somebody can tell me in depth all the shit wrong and how to fix it that would be great
