Ive been insecured as a little kid and grew up being ugly asf. It destroyed my mental health and social wellbeings.. I cant even talk to others without stuttering and shi. All just because of my genetics. But now i actually look a LITTLE bit better than be4 and gained some height, what softmaxxes could i do to look even better (im east asian so i have naturally short eyelashes, over for me)

Get on retinol and do something for the acnee. Use latise for eyelashes and minox for eyebrows, you can also use rosemary oil, vaseline or high concentration coconut oil for them but will take longer.
See if you have an underbite or an overbite and fix that together with correct tongue posture, your jaw area is good though. Try a longer hairstyle and do something abt your hair since it looks flat.
