Nothing really looks disproportionate and you're only 14, just let puberty do its thing and ignore this site for the most part.

The moustache doesn't really suit you, consider another haircut as it's even more dorky than your glasses. But those are all just stylistic choices. Your face is pretty average without any glaring phenos. Sure it might be a little boneless but that's entirely to be expected from your age. Experiment with different hair styles and if you can try out different glasses.

i’ll give you an indepth guide to softmaxxing as you grow. Now everything I say will have caveats to it, don’t go and eat nothing, you’ll hinder your growth and development as a young man… and the height cost is not worth leanmaxxing

1st step leanmaxx and weightlifting workouts take creatine hit your protein numbers get a food scale and weigh all your foods before eating count calories target 8 to 9 percent body fat stay in a 500 to 700 calorie deficit do one 30 minute cardio session per week and follow a PPL split <- your situation you should go on a 1-300 calories surplus lean bulk.. you have no frame or muscle… use the scale to measure, don’t dirty bulk you’ll gain alot of fat.. just focus on lean bulking.

2nd step facemaxx mew hard for 8 plus hours daily, thumbpull, get contacts, and get a long scissor haircut no fades for hair skincare use La Roche Posay cleanser Sephora toner discoloration correcting serum for under eyes use Volufiline first then caffeine serum use a beef tallow face cream apply Supergoop sunscreen finish with Aquaphor do everything slowly allowing your face to absorb each step

3rd step stylemax wear baggy jeans cropped shirts ending at the hip avoid tight flashy shirts follow style inspiration from young Johnny Depp or selected TikTok looks keep accessories minimal one to two rings a bracelet avoid piercings that do not suit you focus on a clean baggy style


4th step heightmax wear shoes that add height like Alexander McQueen or Nike 720 all shoes should add at least 1.5 inches use insoles for extra height results 6’1 becomes 6’2 to 6’3 5’10 becomes 6’0 to 6’1

Also, you also look like you will have hair issues moving forward.. your uncles or dad is for sure balding, right? Look into finasteride the moment you turn 18
