Don't surgeons like make morphs and take over? I feel like they'd know what's best for you according to facial harmony.

my mom agreed to it initialy many months back but once i got the quote and she relized i was dead set on going down the surgery route, she was against andd flipped out on me lol wht a btich, I just blackpilled her and told her i hahve bad genes etc, so I just asked my dad to pay for it and he agreed to it.

if both my parents had said no, i would probably be roping in a few months or so.

It is indeed autistic but it can be good low inhib practice. Asking your surgeon ded srs to look like an anime character takes more balls than asking a girl out lol.

Jokes apart, but you really want to be 100% transparent about the result you want with the surgeon, he needs to know exactly what you want to look like. He might think you're weird but he still wants your money, he'll still do it. And you'll want to hear the professional's opinion on it, like to what extent he can do it, what it might look like... So if I were you I would open up completely with him as embarrassing as it may be.
